All Arialief orders are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Florida, USA. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Free Shipping
Free shipping is automatically applied to all US orders of 3 bottles or more. No coupon code is required — the discount is applied at checkout. Free shipping applies to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may be subject to additional charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@arialief.com.
International Orders
We ship to many countries worldwide. International customers should be aware:
- Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our pricing.
- Delivery times for international orders can vary significantly due to customs processing.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and look for a delivery notice from the carrier
- Allow 1 to 2 additional business days — occasional carrier scans happen early
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If still unresolved after 5 business days, contact us at support@arialief.com and we will assist you
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order at support@arialief.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it. Address changes after shipment may result in additional fees or delays.
